George G. Neuman, MD
Chairman and Founder
Dr. George Neuman is Chairman and Founder of Pricecare.com, LLC. Prior to launching Pricecare.com in 2009, Dr. Neuman founded and was CEO of Greenwich Medical Anesthesia, PC and University Pain Center, LLP both large medical practices in NYC.
He has held numerous administrative and academic positions including Departmental Chair, Medical Director of Perioperative Services, Interim Chief Medical Officer. He has chaired and served on numerous committees and has been a consultant to a number of medical centers in the metropolitan area. Dr. Neuman has held faculty appointments at Harvard Medical School, New York University School of Medicine and SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine. He is currently Professor of Anesthesiology at New York Medical College and Visiting Professor of Anesthesiology at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons.
He holds a BS degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University and an MD degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He maintains certifications from the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American College of Anesthesiology. He is a member of numerous professional organizations.
Andrew L. Simon
CEO
 Andrew Simon was the founder of Questar Assessment Inc, a publically held K-12 educational assessment company. He has served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer and as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He currently serves as a board member. In 2011 the magazine “Education next” named Questar as one of the top innovative companies in education.
Earlier in his career he ran two divisions for the Bankers Trust Company and built the electronic banking unit for Citibank. Subsequent to his career in financial services he ran portions of the proprietary/consumer products group for Lederle Labs, Revlon Health Care and L’Oreal.
He earned an MBA from Columbia University in Finance and a BA from Washington University in St Louis.
He has served on the Alumni Board of Governors for Washington University, as trustee for the City of Poughkeepsie Partnership, the Harvey School, The Graduate School of Education at George Washington University and the Hudson Valley Trust.
Gina Castellani
Vice President of Operations
 Gina Castellani is the Vice President of Operations at Pricecare.com. She is responsible for Pricecare.com’s daily operation. Gina’s experience spans across marketing, telecommunications, health and wellness, transportation, real estate, consumer products and education. She spent over 10 years in the finance divisions of both AT&T and Verizon Wireless.
During her tenure at both AT&T and Verizon Wireless, Gina led a team that managed the company’s financial results as well as reporting and filings to Wall Street and the investment community.
Gina earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey.
